Network Marketing Training - free training information for any MLM/Networking business

Today topic — it’s all about recruiting. I don’t know about you, but I don’t have time to waste to chase down prospects. Instead, I use a specific program that prequalifies leads before I ever speak to them.

You see, like most people, I joined a networking company to begin another income stream. I am a busy professional by day, and I would never have considered an MLM or network marketing company except for one key fact — leverage!

So how can I combine my busy professional day job while building a sizeable downline on a part-time basis? That’s easy: I don’t do the 3-foot rule (I hate it actually, I think it’s unprofessional), I don’t do home presentations (again, I’m busy - aren’t you?), and I generally don’t do big hotel meetings either.

Does this go against everything your upline has taught you in their duplicatable training? If you are not sponsoring 10-20 new reps every month, then what they taught you wasn’t all the duplicatable I’m afraid. But that’s why you’re here, right??

Here’s why what I do makes sense: I don’t sell steak to vegetarians. Why would you drag your Uncle Bob or some stranger you just met within three feet of you to your home for a presentation that they don’t want to hear? Now this is different if you’re an established network marketer and you’ve got some income that people are starting to notice — then there is genuine interest in what you have to offer.

But unless you’re prospect already has that genuine desire, the want, the need to start a home-based business, you are wasting your time and money on the home meetings, hotel meetings, etc.

Why not prospect to people who are actually looking to start a home-based network marketing business? Think about it — BevMo (Beverages and More if you don’t have them in your state) does not advertise in the Alcoholics Anonymous Newsletters or Trade Magazines, so why do people try to recruit or prospect with people who have not expressed any interest in starting a network marketing business.

Network Marketing Success - The One Tactic That Can Guarantee Mlm Success

So what does it take to achieve network marketing success? It’s probably the most asked question in MLM and there have been a multitude of answers.

After strong consideration, the answer is mindset. It’s actually having the right mindset but unless you are prepared mentally then you really will be pushing whatever uphill. Without the right success mindset you’ll be a sitting target for those things which come along and throw you off course. And believe me, they will come along.

It’s not really about listening constantly to positive mental attitude material. While this can help the key is developing a long term mindset and setting short term goals along the way. Without short term milestones that long term goal will remain just that.

It’s all about reeling it in step-by-step. In internet network marketing a steely resolve is required and this can be achieved by getting your mind focused on what’s important in building your business. One trick is to picture yourself in several years time facing your family and explaining to them that this is all you have to offer them.

Can you see how powerful something like this can be and it’s a technique which has helped many high achievers in network marketing do that 5% extra to make sure they build long lasting wealth just to maintain the respect of those people closest to them.

Focus Is Key

So this brings me to my main point here. How and where you focus your marketing efforts in M-L-M will ultimately determine your overall results.

In other words, if your thinking is short term then your marketing will reflect that. You’ll be constantly battling to come up with winning strategies to keep your business afloat.

But if you have a long term mindset then again, your marketing will reflect that. You’ve got to really define in the beginning what it is you want from your business. That is, you should have your end clearly defined.

By knowing what your end goal is your marketing will also be targeted to long term success and won’t be of a short term fix nature. You want your marketing to be producing results 12-24 months from now, not in what I term the “bee effect” - once it’s lost it’s sting it dies.

So achieving home based business success starts with your mindset and if it’s on other things, then save yourself the frustration and wait until it’s focused on your business.

Network Marketing Success - How To Take A Prospect From A Cold To Hot Lead

You’ve no doubt often heard the term pre-selling but have you really sat down and tried to understand what it means and how it can help your network marketing business?

Essentially, pre-selling is taking someone from a raw prospect seeking more information through to a point in the process where you need to sell yourself, not your company, to them and if done correctly, you won’t even need to hit them with a sales pitch.

Now does that sound like a concept that makes sense. In actual fact, most network marketers don’t know what it is let alone apply it. Desperation is a trait we see in most MLMers. It’s not that they deliberately act desperate but more because they don’t know any better.

The underlying key here is to sell yourself. Network marketing success has a lot to do with being able to brand oneself. Prospects in the main want to know what’s in it for them when they first contact you. They also want an idea on how to do it. And if you can give them some idea early in the peace, then you have a good chance of them joining you.

Pre-selling Your Prospect

Did you notice I said join you? Not your company but you. And that is the answer to performing pre-selling right.

Too many network marketers lead with their company or the company’s products. The truth is, a prospect really couldn’t care less how great a company is or how powerful the products are.

They want to know what’s in it for them and this is where you must impress them enough in the early stages to convince them you’re the person they want to be in business with.

So how do you do this? Simple…you drip them pieces of information that will help them move forward in their quest to achieve success in network marketing. You begin the training process from the moment they enter your funnel. You provide them with stuff they can use right away.

What you don’t do is bombard them with messages about how great your business opportunity, your company or the products are. Do this, and they will usually run a mile. You see, in reality, it’s you who is under the microscope here not your prospect.

It’s like you’re the one being interviewed for the job. This is the time when you need to sell yourself and not your company. It’s pre-selling and because we’re in a relationship marketing business, this is the time where you need to create a relationship bond between you and your prospect.

MLM’s make 90% of their money through turn-over. Constantly repeating a cycle of recruiting, training, selling and quitting.

Most people will join, sell what they can to friends and family, then quit.

It’s only an opportunity for those willing to recruit and train. Problem is, once you realize you are selling overpriced crap to your friends and family, most people won’t be able to recruit anyone if they don’t believe in the product they are selling.

Bottom line, MLM’s are tough for most people to make any real money at, unless you stick through it long enough to recruit lots of people below you, where you make money on their sales.

And of course no one wants to show you their books or really look at hard figures, because it’s all pie in the sky.

Oh yeah… The core business is Wellness Sanctuary locate at Marine Parade Central they have extensive product range with Nice Ambassodors.

What do you all think ?
For eg. If one gets 6000 PV, their commision wld be 8%, depending on their rank. So it else wld be 480 dollars, but what currency?

HOWEVER, guess what, LFI PAYS as a brand new MLM company, pays it own Singaporean agents in ringgits? SO effectively, local distriubtors who are working in Singapore are being rewarded and paid in Malayisian Ringgit! SMART eh. Instead of being paid 480 sing, he is paid 480 rinngit. Convert it to singh, it wld be s$201.6.

LFI is a big time profit eating scam to all its agents. It sells it products in singh dollars and pay their pple in ringgits. The agent in this case, get a mere 3.2% comission. The profit margin wld be so high that the CEO of the company, whoever he is, is getting actually 96.8% of YOUR PROFITS!

SO ISN'T LFI A SCAM OR WHAT?

I have not heard of the LFI group but I am totally against MLM strategy it is such as scam…I was invited to one of ACN recruiting meeting and it was so full of sh*t they say so many stupid things and then at the end they charge you $499 to join it is just so dumb I went home that night and looked up the company and saw many stories of ppl who had been scamed I was glad I did not join…MLM works as long as you are willing to scam people

Mlm Success - Truth About Network Marketing Success

How many secrets to achieving network marketing success have you come across. Quite a lot yet each one of them probably had merits which needed to be taken into account. The truth is, the secret to network marketing success is made up of a combination of aspects and when you’ve got them working in unison then magic will happen.

But one of the biggest mistakes made is recruiting people into an opportunity with a system and then expecting them to do something else. You know what we mean. What’s up with that? You see, the downfall of many new distributors is using one system to attract good targeted prospects and then sabotaging their business by asking them to employ an entirely different strategy. Why? Because the simple fact of the matter is, people hate cold calling and it’s easier for a sponsor to ask their new distributor to do the dirty work rather than themselves.

Successful distributors with huge downlines are often apt to play the numbers game. They already have reached a level of financial security where losing some of their downline through these practices really doesn’t make much impression on their overall business success. In the process, those who drop out will be replaced by new distributors.

Create Lasting Relationships

Network marketing success relies a lot on developing a strong relationship with your prospects.

- It starts with the offer of something of value such as a report.

- It then progresses to a meeting between you and your prospect and this is when you can really hit home the fact you know what you’re talking about by training the prospect even before they’ve joined your business.

- After they join, you then teach them the simple process which ultimately attracted them to you and your opportunity.

- Under no circumstances ask them to do what you’re not prepared to do yourself. It will kill duplication within your organization and will damage your reputation. This may work when your downline is thousands of people strong but is a surefire way to “the poor house” for somebody just starting out.

So in one sentence, the secret to internet network marketing success can simply put down to finding a successful system and teaching your prospects to apply the same system. When you do this, real magic can take place.
