Network Marketing Training – free training information for any MLM/Networking business

Today topic — it’s all about recruiting. I don’t know about you, but I don’t have time to waste to chase down prospects. Instead, I use a specific program that prequalifies leads before I ever speak to them.
You see, like most people, I joined a networking company to begin another income stream. I am a busy professional by day, and I would never have considered an MLM or network marketing company except for one key fact — leverage!
So how can I combine my busy professional day job while building a sizeable downline on a part-time basis? That’s easy: I don’t do the 3-foot rule (I hate it actually, I think it’s unprofessional), I don’t do home presentations (again, I’m busy – aren’t you?), and I generally don’t do big hotel meetings either.
Does this go against everything your upline has taught you in their duplicatable training? If you are not sponsoring 10-20 new reps every month, then what they taught you wasn’t all the duplicatable I’m afraid. But that’s why you’re here, right??
Here’s why what I do makes sense: I don’t sell steak to vegetarians. Why would you drag your Uncle Bob or some stranger you just met within three feet of you to your home for a presentation that they don’t want to hear? Now this is different if you’re an established network marketer and you’ve got some income that people are starting to notice — then there is genuine interest in what you have to offer.
But unless you’re prospect already has that genuine desire, the want, the need to start a home-based business, you are wasting your time and money on the home meetings, hotel meetings, etc.
Why not prospect to people who are actually looking to start a home-based network marketing business? Think about it — BevMo (Beverages and More if you don’t have them in your state) does not advertise in the Alcoholics Anonymous Newsletters or Trade Magazines, so why do people try to recruit or prospect with people who have not expressed any interest in starting a network marketing business.

One thing that gets to me in MLM is when you spend your time with someone new to this business is..
They say they need your help, and want to know how you make money online and work full-time from home and you spend your own valuable time with them and..
Then they totally ignore what you have said and dont follow your lead & then blame you for failing! I dont get it.
Do some people really want success in their mlm business or do they expect that its just going to happen and money will appear in their bank accounts?!

What can be added to this resume to open up more job opportunities?
My husband hates his help desk job. He would like to advance in IT,but doesn’t know where to go. He wants to learn new skills to add to the resume. What could he do to advance from answering phones?

Your husband’s resume is very impressive. He could add a section called Course Highlights to fancy up the resume a bit. Under this section a list of classes he took that he feels are beneficial to the job he is seeking are listed as well as what he learned in them. For example:
Web Design 101
Learned the basics of HTML and CSS.
Web Design 102
Learned how to use FTP clients to upload HTML files onto a server.
Web Design 103
Learned how to build websites that read from a database in Dreamweaver.
This section could easily fill up space and perhaps he could remove the Personal section from his resume. I only suggest this because some employers may have biases against something he does for whatever reason.
For example, lets say your husband applies to a job at AwesomeWeb. AwesomeWeb was recently taken over by a man whose daughter is dating someone who is into motor sports. He hates the guy for being irresponsible (and, you know, for dating his daughter..) and he sees this on your husbands resume and is just not impressed. This, of course, is because of his own biases but your husband ultimately pays the price for his bad day.
I wish your husband luck with his job search and hope I helped a bit.
